Terms & Conditions: Rescue Dog Sessions
- Offer includes free in-home pet photo shoot (within 20kms of Melbourne) and 7×5″ print with any purchase.
- A $100 deposit is required in full to secure your photo session, which will be used as credit towards any photographs or artwork you wish to purchase following the shoot.
- $50 of the session deposit will be donated to the client’s pet rescue or animal charity of choice. This donation will be made only when the photo order following the shoot is paid in full.
- Promotional pet photo sessions must be booked by April 25th, 2021, unless sold out prior. Sessions can take place anytime in 2021.
- Offer open to Melbourne residents located within 20km of the CBD. Photo sessions beyond 20km are subject to the following non-refundable travel fees (21-40km = $50 / 41 – 60km = $75 / 61km+ = $80+)
- Complimentary 7×5″ print offer subject to any purchase of packages, artwork or digital files following the shoot. If you decide not to purchase any photos or products, we will refund the deposit to you at your request.
- Photo sessions must take place within your home or chosen indoor location eg. studio or office.
- Only pets and their parents being photographed may attend the session unless prior special arrangement has been made.
- By agreeing to the session, you grant us permission to use and publish your images (with or without your or your pet’s name) in any forms of media eg. social media, advertising.
- Registering for this offer will automatically add you to our email database, however you may unsubscribe at any time.
- In the event you need to reschedule and cannot give more than seven days notice, a rescheduling fee of $75 is required.
- If the session is cancelled within seven days of the scheduled shoot, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Should a re-shoot be requested due to factors outside of our control, this will be subject to availability and attract a $150 re-shoot fee.
